Chi Kung Shibashi Classes
Chi Kung (also known as Qigong) Shibashi is a gentle form of exercise which helps to improve energy levels; physical flexibility and mobility and balance and co-ordination. As well as learning the 18 movements, breathing techniques and simple meditation is also practised to help remove emotional tension and stress and to balance both the mind, body and spirit.
Classes are open to all ages and levels of fitness as the movements can be learnt standing or seated.

Classes are on Thursdays starting 10th January 2019 from 6.30pm to 7.30pm and are ongoing in blocks of 6 so that you can learn the 18 Shibashi movements easily. If you miss a session, you can easily
