Level 2 and Level 3 Training Course in Dance Fitness
Two Training Courses to become a teacher of Laban Dance Fitness are being run in the East Midlands by the Keep Fit Association, which is a long-established body from 1956 dedicated to the provision of safe and effective exercise, movement and dance. As a founder member of Exercise and Movement UK, supported by Sport England, the KFA provides training in dance exercise based on Rudolph Laban’s principles of providing an holistic workout with functional fitness through creative choreography.
