Join lucid dreaming expert Sarah Janes for an exploration of the sleep state. Learn the simple tricks and techniques that will help you become conscious whilst in a dream. This workshop is inspired by the tradition of ‘dream incubation’, practiced in sleep temples across the ancient world. Please bring your own yoga mats, blankets and pillows.
