In October the apples were harvested, scrattered, and the juice put into barrels to ferment. Now is the time to taste this traditional beverage! And what better way than to pair our local ciders with our amazing welsh cheeses! Mix all this with a day and evening of amazing entertainment, plenty of fun for all the family, Morris dancers, musicians, demonstrations and much more! Its going to be three days of fun festivities over the bank holiday! Definitely a date for the diary! The Gower Cheese
