This informal, drop-in workshop offers you an opportunity to pause and take time to reflect through playful, ‘Thinking with the hands’ exercises including a meditative Lego Serious Play activity.
You will be guided through a series of exercises using playful materials in a relaxed environment, the aim being to reduce anxiety and promote wellbeing through creative activity.
