Barney's 24/500 Endurance Challenge
Around 20 crew members of the Torbay Lifeboats will be challenging themselves to run 500 miles over 24 hours, raising funds for (and awareness of) prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is the most common male cancer, affecting around 1 in 8 men. We sadly lost our former colleague Steve Lunn to the disease, and it's in his memory this event is taking place.
