The Movement Base is Opening a new studio in Leigh on Sea for Pilates, Sports Massage and Yoga.
To celebrate our opening we would like to invite all local and surrounding areas to join us for drinks, canapés, mini demos and chat!
You will also be given information for our Open Week of sessions (starting 25th March) all sessions for £1!
