Dyrham Park - Wild garlic season
If you visit Dyrham Park this April you can pick up a bag and hunt for wild garlic, take home some recipe sheets and sample a wild garlic scone from the tea-room. The shady lost terraces provide the perfect conditions for wild garlic. Learn different ways to use your wild garlic pesto from our chef's recipes. On selected dates, we'll be out in the woods making pesto. Please see the website for dates, times and prices. Booking Not Needed.
