Tai Chi Chi Kung (Qigong)
Literally ‘Life Energy Cultivation’, Chi Kung has its roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts and philosophy and is a holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement and breathing, beneficial
for health and meditation. It is used to help cultivate Chi (Qi), or balance, and the flow of energy. Your tutor will also introduce a short form (24 Form) of Tai Chi. Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing to allow stretching, and smooth-soled exercise shoes.
