Keswick Hall Choir: Two Into One with the Maidstone Singers
Our first collaboration with another choir will see us doing 'home and away fixtures'. The concert will feature a variety of English music from the 15th-21st centuries, including a world première. The oldest piece, by Robert Wylkynson, in 13 vocal parts, is a setting of the Creed from the Eton Choirbook, a collection of music assembled around 1490. The newest will be a piece by Michael Lewis, in praise of St Cecilia, which will be sung by The Maidstone Singers. The main works in the
