Total Body Workout in Hanwell
A total body workout routine is a great way to stay fit, healthy, and energetic. Rather than focus on the same muscle group every time you exercise, it’s important to concentrate on your body as a whole, leaving you with a complete feeling of satisfaction and balance.
We use dynabands, cardio and body weight exercises which makes the workout fun and super effective.
If you have a Kettlebell or handweights you are welcome to bring them along to enhance your workout but all exercises can be

£30 for any 5 classes on the timetable (use within six weeks)
