Zumba® is an exciting, dance-based exercise class set to the hottest Latin and International music. Classes run from between 45mins to an hour and consist of a warm up session, the main routine, and a cool down. The Zumba® Instructor goes with the flow and feel of the music each class, so many times they are a little different which keeps the classes fresh.
