This Tai Chi Short Form course is a chance to learn this Chinese art of meditation in movement. The slow, graceful movements of Tai Chi strengthen the body, calm the mind and open the heart.
Alan Smith has over 35 years experience teaching Tai Chi and meditation and is a fully registered trainer with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.
