The Railways of Paris

Michael Bunn illustrated presentation.

The first passenger railway lines in France were opened from the capital during the period 1837-1860. We will look at these and the development of the six main terminii, a potted history of nearly 120 years of the Metro, the development of rolling stock and Paris rail travel in the 21st century.
