Romeo and Juliet themed classical concert

Burford Orchestra’s summer concert is dedicated to works inspired by Romeo and Juliet – Shakespeare’s famous star-crossed lovers. We will start with Tchaikovsky’s Fantasy Overture followed by a selection of pieces from Prokofiev’s ballet, including the instantly-recognisable Dance of the Knights (known as the theme tune for the TV series the Apprentice) and finish with the spectacular Symphonic Dances from Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story.

The concert starts at 7.30pm.
