My Lords, Ladies and Gentlemen, The Merlin Theatre cordially invites you to our annual summer show The Mystery of Edwin Drood. Allow us to whirl you back through the mists of time to 1892 and to the Music Hall Royale, a theatre in one of the seedier parts of London, where a company of players present Charles Dickens’ great unfinished masterpiece. Yes, Ladies and Gentlemen, unfinished, on account of how Mr Dickens upped and died before he completed the work!
