Frankenstein

Outdoor theatre in spectacular surroundings. The works of two great 19th century women writers feature in Chepstow Festival's season this summer. Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, is given the Illyria treatment featuring a fully orchestrated musical score, professional actor singers, spectacular stage effects, puppetry – and flashes of the wickedly dark humour for which Illyria is justly celebrated.
