Experiments in Raja Yoga Meditation
Meditation in all its forms is an increasing practice in the lives of many across the world. Meditation is proving to be very useful in stress reduction; building an awareness of oneself and the environment. Meditation also develops concentration of the mind which is helpful in making more accurate decisions.
On Thursday 4th July, we will experiment with the practice of Raja Yoga Meditation and look at the benefits of using this form of meditation in every day living.
