Pollinator Festival

Pollinating insects have declined dramatically across the Welsh countryside over the past 30 years, if not longer. Their loss has been so serious that the Welsh Government produced an Action Plan for Pollinators in 2013. The causes they identify are land-use intensification, habitat destruction and fragmentation, disease, the use of agro-chemicals, and climate change.
