A FREE TO ATTEND event with local companies and organisations offering help and advice on living a healthy lifestyle and learning how to relax - Fit Body, Healthy Mind and Positive Spirit.
With fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and well being demonstrations including martial arts, yoga, mindfulness plus so much more for both adults and children.
This event is run in conjunction with the Y Front Run Campaign and has a male only 5k and 10k course for the men to take part in to raise awareness
