Mixed Ability Non-contact Boxing

Mixed Ability Non-contact Boxing is similar to regular boxing training with one difference, no sparring. This means you get to punch bags and pads but not each other. Our sessions are open to all abilities age 7 and above which means families can train together. You will learn correct punching techniques and defences in a fun, safe environment. Every Wednesday 6-7pm at Leeds Beckett University Headingley Campus. Head to the Sports Centre Reception who will direct you to the class.

Your first session with Unorthobox is FREE. £6 for overs 18's and £5 for Under 18's. Discount available for 3 or more family members attending
