Dyfi Gin Masterclass
The only distillery to have won the Best British Gin trophy twice (2017 and 2018) is based in the old slate-mining village of Corris at the northern end of the Dyfi UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It represents the culmination of brothers Pete and Danny Cameron’s diverse experiences of foraging, applied science and professional tasting. Enjoy a fascinating evening with Danny of gin tasting, history, botany and anything else that crops up in conversation.
