Introduction to Yoga
In our 4-week beginner’s yoga course, you will be introduced to some of the fundamental yoga poses concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper awareness of your breathing. Instruction in meditation and relaxation techniques will also be given. Some of the many benefits of yoga include improvement in posture and breathing, increased tone, strength and flexibility, a greater ability to cope with stress and a feeling of calm.
