A free workshop teaching ways to relax your body and calm your mind.

If you've been finding it hard to relax lately, or feeling under pressure, these skills could help you to feel more at ease.

This session introduces theory and techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, that you can use day-to-day to manage your stress levels and feel calmer.
