Rude Awakening and Project Awesome

We at Rude Health have officially named Bristol the UK’s most ‘in rude health’ city. We’re heading south west with free breakfasts and free batty workouts to celebrate. Please come and join us. Everyone is welcome.

What to expect:

On June 24th and 25th, we’ll pitch our breakfast van in the centre promenade (near the Neptune statue) and spend two days giving away free breakfast to all Bristol residents. ‘The Bristol Bircher’ will consist of an apple and banana bircher topped with berry coulis and Rude Health granola and will be served alongside a spread of other Rude Health foods and drinks from turmeric lattes to nut crunch bars. You won’t leave hungry.

To add a very ‘in rude health’ element to the whole celebration, we’ve teamed up with Project Awesome to run a barmy work out before breakfast on the 25th. Think belly laughs, group hugs, colour, dancing and human wheelbarrows. The best way to work up an appetite.
