Yoga Woodland Morning Retreat
A morning to unwind with gentle Dru & Hatha, in a secret woodland setting near Elton, Cambridgeshire. The session is open to all who have a regular yoga practice.
Michelle has been teaching yoga for 20yrs+, & was one of the first to successfully complete the Dru Yoga Therapy training. She is currently representing Yoga Therapy for the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the government-backed register for complementary therapies in the UK.
