Steam Railway and East Anglian Practical Classics
Once again we welcome back members of the East Anglian Practical Classic Owners Club who will be bringing some of their delightful and memorable vehicles from the bygone ages of motoring. Also joining us are brothers Neal and Nigel Davis who have restored the only production car ever made in Suffolk, the Strada 4-88 sports car launched in the early 70s.
All the Middy attractions, Museum, Restoration Shed, Tea Room and The Kitchener Arms real ale bar will be open along with steam train rides in genuine Victorian 4-wheel coaches.
Beyer Peacock in steam with coal wagon shunting demonstration at Dovebrook at 1pm plus shunting demonstrations at 12.20 pm, 12.50pm, 14.45pm and 15.20pm by the 'Shredded Wheat' Fowler.
A Guided Tour with the Chairman starts at 12 noon and then again at 13.30pm
Tickets are available from the web site or from the Ticket Office on the day.
Your ticket allows you entry to the site, it's facilities and unlimited steam train rides.
