Dance the afternoon away with Mike Gill, dance styles include the Cha Cha Cha (Ballroom), Waltz, Foxtrot, Modern Tango, Quickstep, Rumba, Samba and Viennese Waltz. This is a wonderful way to exercise, perk up your afternoon and socialise with others.
