RUN4HIIT
New for Autumn 2019, this programme is primarily for people looking to get back into fitness but also those looking to progress on from just a running session. Combining running and HIIT (high intensity interval training) we will take you on a programme which will combine cardio training and body weight training. Meet like-minded people and progress together.
