Day Retreat: Finding Silence
Led by Elizabeth Halls. ‘Finding Silence’ will be anchored around James Roose-Evans' book of the same name. This will be a day of silence (mostly but not exclusively) with some minimally led sessions (with starting points from the book), time for people to find their own corners, and optional possibles to be chosen as we go along, for example a ‘walking silence’, or meditation journaling with pencil and paper.
