Ilkley Literature Festival
Poets, politicians and stars of stage and screen head to Ilkley. Opened by Poet Laureate Simon Armitage, the poetry line-up includes Gyles Brandreth, Pam Ayres, Lemn Sissay and Raymond Antrobus, alongside a new commission from Poet-in-Residence, Collette Bryce. David Suchet, Prue Leith and Booker-longlisted Oyinkan Braithwaite also make appearances at the 17-day Festival, renowned for its artistic excellence and diverse programme.
