Heritage Open Day: The historic church of St Wilfrid, founded in 1154, is Grade II* listed with medieval stained glass and parts dating from the 12th Century. Surrounded by an equally interesting churchyard, visit and discover the gems of this ancient church. We would love to welcome visitors to our beautiful church and grounds, situated in the heart of the village, very near to Calverley Woods. There will be tours of the church and peaceful grounds on offer all day on Saturday, and self-guided
