Calverley Village - A walking heritage quest
Heritage Open Day: A self-guided circular walk around the historic village of Calverley, organised by the Rotary Club of Calverley in association with the Calverley Local History Centre. The walk starts from the Calverley Arms (previously Elmwood, built in 1859 by wool manufacturer Samuel Gray). The Walking Heritage Quest sheet can be collected between 10.30-11.30 am on the walk day (Sunday 22 September) - look out for the Calverley Rotary Club and Local History Section table in the pub gardens
