Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery
Heritage Open Day: A cemetery for those who lost their lives in the world wars. The cemetery is laid out precisely, as are the cemeteries in North France and wherever battles were fought in the two World Wars, with graves of both British and German men. During the Great War the Examinations School housed a military hospital and this cemetery contains 156 burials from that war and 516 from the Second World War, when it became a regional RAF cemetery.
