LLanymynech Wharf Visitor Centre - Canel Trip
Heritage Open Day: Free 1/2 hour boat trips aboard the ‘George Watson Buck’ along this restored length of Montgomery Canal. A community-run facility which welcomes visitors and tourists to the “international parish” of Llanymynech. Besides light refreshments, the centre provides displays and exhibitions about the canal, Heritage Area and other local places of interest to the visitor. The Centre is managed by the Llanymynech Canal Wharf Group.
