Memorial Garden at Linskill Centre (Northumbria World War One Commemoration Project)

Heritage Open Day: Come and visit the Memorial Garden established to commemorate those from the Borough of Tynemouth who died in World War One and find out more about the stories of the men who served their country. Volunteers from the Northumbria World War One Commemoration Project will be on hand to explain the concept of the garden and the names commemorated. The Project will provide access to their Project Workroom to view the database of more than 3500 casualties of the First World War.
