Heritage Open Day: Transitional Norman and 15th century church with 16th century chapel and tombs. 9 sided font of c.1200, statue and grave of Sir Francis Chantrey.
There will be bell ringing, a local history walk and local history displays. Refreshments available. New local history displays including: History of St James’, Sir Frances Chantrey and ‘Families connected to St James’.
Church open, children’s activities and refreshments served throughout.
