St. Peter's Church at the Cross, Chester
Heritage Open Day: Come and look at St. Peter's Church right in the centre of Chester by the Cross. It is still a working & vibrant church today. The church dates back to 907, it was largely rebuilt in 14th century, with further alterations mainly in the 18th century. A beautiful church inside with interesting galleries & an ancient fresco.
Volunteers will be on hand to explain the site.
