Heritage Open Day: Explore Ventnor’s fascinating history from the 1800’s to today through photographs, exhibits, the model railway,DVDs,books, booklets and postcards. This year along with the popular large sepia photographs the window displays show artefacts from Burt’s brewery and a mother and child in their summer finery.. The Victorian kitchen tableau with its black fireplace and oven evokes many memories for visitors and the young have a lesson as to what life was like in the”olden days”. A
