Westbury Church Bell Tower

Heritage Open Day: Visit the free standing bell tower of Westbury Church, housing the heaviest peal of bells in Gloucestershire, recently restored in 2012 as a result of winning a Jubilee Big Lottery Fund Grant. The tower was originally built in 1290 as a garrison to help defend the area from raids by the Welsh.
