Leominster have reestablished the historic roles of Ale taster, Flesh taster and Bread weigher to remind people how the town ensured good quality merchandise in its markets and shops. Grange Court is a seventeenth century market hall and was central to the management of the town's markets over the centuries. It is now a heritage centre, but contains lots of historical information about its past role. During the
