Mullins House/Coffee Shop

Heritage Open Day: You can see the shop where Mullins used to make the shoes, the original stairs to the flat above ( not accessible), original fireplace and wall. Mullins House takes its name from former Dorking resident, William Mullins, a local shoemaker and Pilgrim Father, who traveled to America on the Mayflower in 1620. The building dates from between 1568 and 1610 and is the only example of a Pilgrim Father’s home still in existence. You will be able to read more about Mullin's jour
