St Annes Parish Church
Heritage Open Day: St Annes-on-Sea Parish Church, built in 1873, was one of the first buildings in the new town of St Annes and gave the town its name. In 1890 the tower was added and fitted with a fine peal of 8 bells, which ring out every Sunday. Heritage Open Day provides an opportunity to view our fine church with its World War One Memorial Chapel and to see the famous St Annes Heritage Mural, which tells the story of St Annes –on-Sea from 1973 to the present day.
