St Matthew's Church, Summerhill

Heritage Open Day: During Heritage Open Days visit St Matthew's Church in Summerhill, a glorious example of the Victorian Gothic Revival. Designed by Johnson, St Matthew's Church is the crowning glory of the architect's work, containing his family's memorial to him, and some fine Kempe windows. The Sacrament Chapel has recently been refurbished and the Altar furnishings replaced with a Triptych.
