Luton Music Club -Leland Chen (violin)

he final concert in our series curated by John Lenehan surveying the 10 sonatas for violin and piano by Ludwig van Beethoven. International virtuoso Leland Chen, a one time protégé of Yehudi Menuhin, joins pianist John Lenehan in a programme that includes the epic Kreutzer sonata, a work which these two exceptional musicians have recorded. Alongside Beethoven’s earlier work in E flat and Delius’s rhapsodic Sonata No.3 this will be an evening of intimate music making at its very best.
