Music at Junction 50 - Nikolsky Ensemble
This is a unique opportunity to attend a concert in the beautiful church in
Baldersby St James by the Nikolsky Ensemble from the old Russian city of
Saratov on the banks of the River Volga.
The Nikolsky Ensemble was formed in 2015 with members drawn from
the choir of the Saratov St. Nikolsky Monastery. It is also famous for its
Conservatoire and continuing the tradition of unaccompanied singing of
sacred music and Russian folk song.
The Ensemble consists of soloists who perform in the Sar
