We end our public season with a blockbuster concert exploring two aspects of American music - one jazzy, bustling, and optimistic and the other reflective and reminiscent of wide open American spaces.

Aaron Copland – Quiet City, for Cor Anglais, Trumpet and Strings
Leonard Bernstein – Overture to “Candide”
Alan Hovhaness – Symphony No.2 “Mysterious
