Sherwood Observatory Public Open Night - 1st February
This is first 2020 Public Open Event at Sherwood Observatory.
The theme for this event will be the 'The southern February Sky'. Long standing society member Chris Millhouse will be giving rolling talks inside our lecture room, each lasting approx 25 mins and will give you an insight what our night sky has to offer.
Our facility will enable you to explore the heavens from inside our main dome, housing a 24 inch Newtonian telescope that is capable of pointing to any chosen obje
