Meditation Group
This Group is a place to learn, experience, practice and progress with Meditation.
You do not need to have any previous experience of Meditation to attend this Group.
The Group will use all types of Meditation, including guided meditation, breathing techniques, visualisation, silent meditation, meditation with music, mantras and chanting, meditation on specific subjects and much more.
Meditation is entirely beneficial and supportive of our physical health, reduces stress, calms emotion
