Fell Foot - Intermediate Fitness Group
If youre interested in a variety of fitness exercises for cardio and strength building, this class is for you. Sessions will consist of a mix of bodyweight training, free weights, running, obstacle courses, mini competitions and HIIT to get you motivated. Working with our fitness instructor youll be supported to challenge yourself and reach your personal goals. Booking Not Needed.
A National Trust Event - Start 10:00. End 11:00. Normal Admission Charges Apply. We’ll be meeting in the main car park by the pay and display machine.
